About us
Our organization brings together a diverse group of people from different countries, with varied backgrounds and expertise. They all share a common goal and are committed to our mission. Together, we aim to make the world a safer place so that more lives in need can be saved.
How we help
The guiding principle of our work is to help people help themselves. Together with our partners around the world, we develop training programs and strategies for local fire departments and procure the necessary equipment.
To ensure our projects get off the ground, we sign a Memorandum of Understanding with local governments, thereby laying the groundwork for our collaboration and defining our objectives. We then send out trainers with the task of assessing the specific local conditions and determining what is needed to provide structured training.
We then develop a five-year plan and determine which training topics will be covered and in what order. After that, we schedule the instructors’ assignments, secure funding, and procure materials and vehicles.
Funding Our Work
Our training sessions cost money, and as an organization, we rely on donations. We are funded by private donations, partnerships with businesses, the sale of materials, and membership dues.
Our training programs are partially funded by foundations, and we would like to extend our special thanks to the Senior Expert Service and the Bingo Environmental Foundation.
Control mechanisms have been put in place to ensure the efficient use of financial resources. By adhering to the MEAL principles (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning), a continuous improvement process is ensured within the organization.
Every donation helps us train more rescue workers in the future and thus actively save people in need.

Our Board of Directors
Our board of directors oversees our work and is responsible for organizing and planning all of the association’s activities. The board is supported by project managers and representatives.
